Comforts of Grilled Cheese & Wine
The famed Comforts of Grilled Cheese & Wine moves to a new time and venue this year! This unique event will be held at Bentos Daylodge as an evening out. Join David Beaudoin, the cheese poet of British Columbia and ambassador for Dairy Farmers of Canada to devour artisan grilled cheese sandwiches paired with British Columbia wines. Eight different memorable Canadian grilled cheese sandwiches will be served with a total of 16 different wines from 8 different British Columbia wineries. Guests will love sampling grilled cheese and tasting and comparing different varietals and blends from the Okanagan Valley. Most fun of all, everyone will shout out their favourite grilled cheese & wine pairing.
