IRON SOMMELIER BRITISH COLUMBIA

In a true battle of wits, balderdash and cunning, three sommeliers who are experts on BC wine will be tasked with pairing wines over 5 gourmet courses. Each sommelier will present their pairings to convince you they are right and the other sommeliers are out to lunch! After each round, you vote using text to vote (don't forget to bring your cell phone) for the best sommelier pairing in each round. With each round awarding points to the sommeliers, it is a marathon unlike any other that will build your stamina for great food and wine.
