Join host David Beaudoin one of the pioneers of the British Columbia Wine industry in a special afternoon seminar. Guests will be introduced to a selection of award winning British Columbia wines and British Columbia cheeses. These hard to find wines and cheeses are paired in advance to bring out the best in their flavors. When wine and cheese is paired properly, it is when paired well are truly amazing.
