On Friday, June 9, we invite you to experience incredible newly released whites, reds and roses from some of BC's top producers.
This grazing style event includes wine sampling and small bites from Exceutive Chef Luke Cosgrove and his culinary team.

Oyster Bar – with assorted garnish
Burrata Crostini – Burrata, Tomato, basil
Lamb Meatball – Mediterranean spiced Lamb Meatball with Blueberry Glaze
Cold Coconut Broth and Prawns – Thai inspired cold coconut broth, prawns and summer veg
BBQ Riblet – Braised Baby Back Rib, BBQ sauce and spring onion
Grilled Strawberry Crostini – grilled strawberry, honey and goat cheese
