Valley First presents Summer SIPS at Spirit Ridge

Experience one of the most picturesque views of the Valley from the rooftop at Spirit Ridge Resort in Osoyoos all the while SIPPING incredible BC wine. This afternoon event will take place on Saturday, June 8 from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm and will feature a wine and culinary showcase reflecting the freshest the Valley has to offer.

Tasty culinary bites will be presented by The Bear, The Fish, The Root  & The Berry alongside newly released sparklings, whites, roses and red wines.

TASTY BITES INCLUDE:

• Caprese Skewers – Tomato, baby Mozzarella, Fresh Basil Olive Oil & Balsamic
• Vegetable Rice paper Roll – carrot/Cucumber/Lettuce/Bell Peppers/Sunny Butter Soy Dipping Sauce
• Prosciutto, Compressed Watermelon/Pine Syrup
• Spinach Dip Stuffed Mushroom Cap au Gratin
• Pan Seared Scallop – Mango Salsa, Lemon & Lime Aioli
• Pork Belly Bao Bun – Apple Slaw, Hoisin Sauce

Music by DAKO will set the stage for a memorable afternoon in BC Wine Country. This is a tasting format program.
