Alexis de Portneuf presents "The Young Chefs"
Alexis de Portneuf is challenging nine BC Interior young chefs to get cheesy! This creative competition challenges these young chefs to create an appetizer, main or dessert highlighting cheese. Guests not only get to sample these creations, they get to vote for their favorite as well. Location: The Learning Centre, Okanagan College, Kelowna.
