Assemblage!
Have you always thought it would be fun to try your hand at being a wine scientist? Assemblage is a phenomenal way to learn to blend your own wine. Join one of our winemakers and be introduced to an initial tasting of single varietals. Once your senses are awakened, participants are grouped into winemaking teams to experience the joy of blending wines. The afternoon finishes with a blind tasting of all the new blends followed by a vote for your favourite!
