The Culmina Family Estate Winery story began in 2007 with a simple goal: to make the highest quality wines possible from Culmina’s South Okanagan estate property. Since that time, Culmina has garnered critical acclaim and widespread consumer recognition for being one of Canada’s leading ultra-premium estate wineries, as a result of the dedication, vision, and passion of our founders the Triggs family. The name ‘Culmina’ (CUL-mihn-uh) translates to the ‘peak’ or ‘apex’ in Latin and was chosen to reflect decades of knowledge in the wine industry as well as a desire to produce top quality wines from this incredible terroir.
